How do you like your plants? Delivered to your doorstep, of course. We currently deliver to the following locations listed below. Please check if your delivery postcode is listed before ordering. If your delivery postcode isn't listed, simply email us and we will try our best to arrange a delivery for you.
Delivery: Up to 7 - 10 working days after purchase. Please note that the team hand deliver all order to ensure safe delivery of your plants. Therefore orders are sometimes completed outside of business hours. Whilst we will try our best to accommodate any special delivery instructions and request we might not be able to fulfill them. We do recommend getting your plant delivery to your home address and not business address as most of our delivery to occur outside of business hours.

Please note you will receive similar plant as shown in the picture in the relevant size selected. As with all living plants no two plants are the same, there may be some very slight variation from the plant pictured.
We always strive to ensure that all plants are in conditions the one pictured however the shape and look of the leaves may differ.
Botanica Collective offers a great selection of Melbourne Indoor Plants that are delivered not posted to you. We offer delivery to over 300 suburbs across Melbourne. We also offer click and collect at our Fitzroy store.
Botanica Collective is sorry to say we are no longer posting/shipping plants with Australia Post. Unfortunately, plants are not arriving in the condition they left us, and they are currently spending extra days in transit. We are sad to not be able to send plants to everyone who wants and needs them but we just can't handle the heart break when we find out the plants are damaged on transit.
The good news is that we offer local delivery to over 320 suburbs across Melbourne.
We do not accept change of mind returns. We do not accept returns or refunds if your plant dies or if you aren't happy with the condition of them due to it being damaged during transit or if you are disappointed due to the plant differing from the product image online. If this is a concern for you, we highly recommend you shop in store or Click and Collect as this will give you a chance to modify your order in store.
Unfortunately due to the nature of live plants we are unable to offer refund for plants returned to us as they may not be return in a condition fit for resale. This applies to both in-store and online purchases
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours. Please email email@example.com if you wish to cancel your order. After 24 hours the order has been processed and may already be in route to you and can no longer be cancelled. Sale items are an exception and cannot be canceled after the order is placed.
Live plants will have variations in color, number of leaves and size . While we make every effort to display our potted plants as accurately as possible, there may be subtle differences from what is displayed online.
